Ember Ensemble In Concert at Port Nelson
Join us at Port Nelson United Church where we will perform “Four Last Songs”, a program featuring Strauss’ masterpiece in an intimate arrangement for voice, violin, French horn, and piano. The evening will also include works by Robert and Clara Schumann, and Johannes Brahms.
A free-will offering will be accepted at the door, with a suggested donation of $20.

Enjoy a unique musical experience, with Richard Strauss’ Four Last Songs presented in a chamber version for the first time in North America. The concert also features works by Robert and Clara Schumann, and Brahms’ superb Trio in E-flat major. An evening in which love, yearning and farewells merge with the timeless beauty of classical masterpieces.
