Canadian violinist Katelyn Emery is an ambitious and in-demand performer based in Montréal and Toronto. She frequently performs as a substitute with l’Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and has appeared as guest assistant concertmaster with the Kingston Symphony and assistant concertmaster with the Brott Music Festival Orchestra. She has also performed National Arts Centre Orchestra through their mentorship program. Katelyn has spent summers at renowned festivals including Music Academy of the West, NYO Canada, Domaine Forget, and more. She holds performance degrees from McGill and the University of Toronto, where she studied with Andrew Wan, Axel Strauss, and Jonathan Crow.
